Not much I fear - that's why Caster rings are unpopular compared to blood rings.
10 fcr is fine, high ar too (for physical builds), mf as well.
Light res is average (can go to 30)
Other rolls are too low to add anything.
You probably can get an Ist for this, probably not more (in NL, less in L)

You can make caster rings in ssf games. Online, they are a huge waste of precious amethysts. Better make caster amulets or trade them. ~8 are worth an Ist. You will lose a lot of this value by crafting rings.
Edit: if you know what you are doing, you can also craft belts.
