LR FR 47 + poison 20 vs 50 FR (win by 17 poison)
FHR vs mana recovery ,30 frw ( ? )

I feel it is slightly lose to perfect aldur.

You can try to price it at perfect Aldur's Advance.

Some Trade is available for both rotw and LoD, Most rune , Perfect Gems is only in LoD side.

Without FCR, most Belt lose to uniques. You do have a good set of affixes though, and rlvl below 50 makes it usable for (rare) mld (mid-level duelling PvP)... But PvP usually does not care about res. And FHR could be 24, and STR on Belt can go quite higher too.

IK Belt when worn in set is better, but... hard to find somethibg that obviously beats your Belt.

Still the market is very niche for such use, would say 1-3 Ist but with no real certainty.

Res on Boots is nice because there are not many good affixes there. Belts have better uses.

Can do trades on D2R or D2RotW

Sorry by bad, I just went through bad day on ai mu stock market, everything look gray yesterday.

Yes, above comment is right. petty every rare Belt is lost in rotw.

I dont see any winning case...
