If it was sorc/pala/necro instead of amazon then it would be much better. Amazons have terrible FCR breakpoints so they rarely use +FCR circlets. Javazons usually aim for Griffons and bowazons use either

Giant Skull or 3os

Circlet with +30 FRW to put some good jewels there
