I lucked out on my first ever soso torch
I've seen them go for 20x Jah + 20x Ber, but it seems to me its maybe better to unload it on d2jsp for better value. Made an acc there recently but never used the site before. Thoughts / tips on what is the best practice here?

As for your needs, just look for Hellfire Torch, filter on Perfect and Sorceress for values here... but indeed usually prices tend to be higher on jsp or Traderie for top end items than here.
