Larzuk quest would be a waste since apart from +2 skills and 20 fcr the rest is pretty bad. Mana leech is completely useless for a Necro, enhanced defense adds no value, poison resist is the least valuable resistance and it has only 10% (of 40 possible) and damage reduced by is also a low roll with 2 (of 7 possible). I would sell it to Charsi.
