Yeah, that's a very GG drop. Not sure of the price, but probably at least Ber Sur. You might find someone who'd give you Enigma for it [edit](or better)[/edit]. You got top-tier rolls (not max, but in the max affix) on everything except the MF. Sockets, FCR, and skills are perfect.
Yeah, you can get rich off that.
