This early weapon is excellent for any starting melee, offering an extremely high level of Life Steal, decent IAS (bearing in mind it is
Scimitar base weapon type, so -20 weapon speed to begin with) along with a substantial bonus to Life, all Resistances and if that package were not complete enough, a decent chance at Open Wounds as well.

A stunningly good 1H weapon for the anyone, but especially an CH player, wanting to use a shield and still wreck the opposition.
