Help me crack TZ

Hey everyone!

I am coming back after a 15 years off the game.

I already made a few characters fire sorc 91lvl (need more gear to respec lightning) and paladin smiter , javazone, horc barb.

Obviously I completed game and run Ubers, get several torches.

But I kinda hit the wall at some point. I could not find any high runes even could not make a CTA yet.

I see a lot of people farming TZ. But I just could not with my chars.

Looking for some advice what would be the easiest way to clear TZ properly, so I can farm high runes and get to level 99 this ladder.

You can't farm high runes, there's just too much RNG involved. You farm high demand items that are easy to move for the runes you need. Keys, Statues, Pgems, Tokens, Latent charms, you get the idea.

I got your point, but trading on ps5 is killing me. I just need to find a way to trade with PC players.

Hi, what are you struggling with exactly? Here are some initial thoughts:

Javazon and horc barb are both pretty good tz runners. Lightning immunes tend to be the easiest to avoid, so javazon does all right even without a sunder, and physical immunes are rare enough that you can just avoid them with your barb, or engage them carefully with Berserk.

Respeccing to lightning sorc is probably a good idea. A straightforward Chain Lightning sorc is one of the easier characters to start with on ladder. No real gear requirements to function, and a really good budget build to farm keys. They can also handle tzs quite well. Teleport also allows you to whittle down Heralds from a distance while Chain Lightning takes out the minions.

If you feel like you need a stronger build for TZs, a hammerdin or Abyss warlock are both good bets.

Hope some of that is helpful! I can't give better advice without knowing what you're struggling with more specifically.

Also, on the subject of trading on the ps5: D2Veteran is right about getting D2R for PC. Your stash is cross platform, so you can trade with all the same items and characters on PC even if you do all your actual playing on ps5.

But if that isn't a good option for you, you might try posting a help wanted on this site for someone to do trades for you who does have both PC and PS5. I've seen people doing that for a small fee, or even for free if they're super nice.

Your javazon should be able to farm hell cows.
Your Sorc can fly in Arcane Sanctuary to open superchests on high player count. Key from summoner is a bonus.
If nothing works - just farm Nightmare TZ with , possibly, javazon or whoever clear fastest. Sorc respec to Nova or lighting, fire or summoner Warlock, etc. The more AOE the better. You will loose chance to get Jah- Zod But your farming speed will increase a lot comparing to badly geared character in Hell difficulty. More chances - more rune drops.
Also look for ways to utilize middle runes . Runewords like Lawbringer, Voice of Reason, Memory or Obedience, Oath are often overlooked and runes are collecting dust instead of helping your progress.

Well, you can run LK. Those who do seam pretty successful in getting HRs. But I can't stand this... If you can, it's a viable option.

LK super chest runs are only viable offline.
