Pitzerker ring price check please

Hi all, I recently found a nice low lv ring which has basically everything a Pitzerker needs, except resistances.
I would welcome every opinion on the value. At first I thought this is maybe

Ist range, but looking on Traderie, similar rings go for

in pvm point of view, cant sell, no value.
10 FCR 120 AR beat this.

For duel, mf is no need , it is 3/6 affix ring, I cant see why people use it to duel. but I am not familiar in duel. fcr, I dont know, bar duel dont use fcr I guess, for bar it is 2/6.

For pvm, anything below 4/6 is 0 value. Even 5/6 is very difficult to sell, unless perfect roll and it will only sell for few

Ist.Rotw world, it is very strict to ring. So many people stop rings finding/craft and some part of economy crash. Mostly fcr related ring, hardly have any value, even 6/6 mid roll , still no value.

Agreed, hard to sell.
