Ah. Well, we have an automated feed that receives updates from d2emu and these updates always override manual reports (manual reporting is possible mostly for the case if the d2emu integration stops working altogether). We have no way of knowing whether d2emu's reports are actually correct though - they usually are, but sometimes the underlying service need to be restarted. The thing is, we can't do much about it besides contacting d2emu and letting them know. If there's an issue with d2emu, it's better (faster) to report it directly to them - the easiest way to do so is to join their Discord server (invite link can be found on d2emu.com) and post in the #bug-reports channel there.
1. d2emu is a separate entity from diablo2.io. If d2emu is wrong, you need to report it to d2emu, not here. We cannot control what d2emu reports.
2. The EU SCNL status is 1/6 on both LoD and RoTW. What do you mean is wrong here?
