It is unfortunate that this is probably not as useful as one would expect. It would be useful before you get highlord or mara. Highlord has DS, 20 ias and higher lr. Mara has 2 sk plus more resistance. The fcr is not great, and it is not as useful as for other casters, amazon is slow anyway. Even before highlord and mara, this faces competition from cat's eye, whose 20 ias and 30 frw are very valuable for amazon.

It's more expensive than it used to be. My estimate is something about 3/4 Ber or Jah. But I would certainly save it and make either Obsession or Void.

Better request price checks in trade -> price check.
This one has no value. With lvl 50+ you need 2 skills and the fcr is too low.
As mentioned before, Mara's is better. An Amas don't even use Mara's because for them Cat's eye an Highlords are usually better.
Thanks for the Insight! It's hard to tell what's valuable in this game. I'm getting used to it though. Essentially seeing what max rolls possible are and seeing how close I am to it
