It is unfortunate that this is probably not as useful as one would expect. It would be useful before you get highlord or mara. Highlord has DS, 20 ias and higher lr. Mara has 2 sk plus more resistance. The fcr is not great, and it is not as useful as for other casters, amazon is slow anyway.
