Don't sell directly for Jah as that's a recipe for getting scammed. Sell for either the 3/20/20 or 20/5 SCs. Then individually sell those for Jah.

I believe those traderie listing are scam trades socketed with FRW/Def jewels to pad the 260 Def.
3/20/20 price fall every month. vued's Memory, is is 110 Jah per.

3/20/20 remains the same value that it's been for a long time.

You get less quantity of Jah now for 3/20/20, 5/20 small charm and 15/40 jewel etc. But the actual Jah rune itself is worth more now (same with the majority of runes).
People have mentioned above that a 3/20/20 would net you over 100 Jah in the past, which was true. Because at that time the market was completely flooded. This was a good time to roll runewords because runes were cheap. You also used to get really good conversions for Vex, Ohm, Lo etc.
Also during this period other desirable items required higher quantity of Jah to purchase as well.

I would say pretty rare to get tbh, I been farming Pindle, Pits, Santuary and WSK + Baal, its been like 650 runs and no luck yet, I found 2 harlequin, Crown of Ages, grandfather, Sling, Raven Frost and wraithlord but seems this season will be no griffon.
