Great suggestions has already been given - always create a password game so you can re-enter the game and get full equipment. This is usually the best and safest way to farm for the torch. You could also have a backup (another player, that is around during the time, so that you can get help if needed - I have been backup for many players, though rarely been needed).

Unless you die from something unexpected and you struggle with the farming, you should consider if your build is really "ready" for this.

It's actually good advice, you just misinterpreted it.

After getting the first organ, you don't close the game an make a new one but you just continue.

So if you don't disconnect, you get all 3 organs and then do Ubers.

The only difference is if you disconnect, you still have keys in your stash. Considering the price of keys, it's quite common to do it like this.

You've posted 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Each post was in direct response to one of my posts. There has been a multitude of bad advice given through out the forums during that time. You didn't feel the need to correct any of them.
You clearly have an issue with me. I highly recommended you find something else to focus on.

I would agree that firstly doing 3 organ parts is a much safer approach, although as someone who miserably failed (not because of any connection issues or anything) once to actually kill

Uber Mephisto before, even before I registered on this site so I couldn't really ask anyone else for help, is to really really make sure you can actually do all of the

Uber Tristram guys or have a backup plan. That one time I have spent over 200 Full rejuvs and still couldn't do it (killed everyone else but

Mephisto) and just gave up after many, many hours of trying. Big note here is that Lesser Portal Ubers were extremely easy and fast to kill that time and I got cocky.

And also something about

Uber Mephisto is be very careful how you deal with his HP regen which is notoriously problematic.

I think you misread the advice Knappogue gave. His advice was not to open the portal all at once and then go to the miniubers, but one after another after you killed the first miniuber, all done IN THE SAME GAME, not in different games.
You are right if you open them in different games, you could end up with identical organs, but he didn't mean that. He implied you open all three portals in the same game but didn't said it explicitly. "Repeat" is after you killed the miniuber.
I do the same when I do Ubers. One portal after another in the same game.

I remember back to old days, rare case, I run 10 uber and get 4 sorc torch.

And when I put those 4 in market, kind of remember less than 6

Abyss Warlock with a cursed Hephasto with

Conviction. I have pretty high-end gear and 200% lightening res. How do you think I would fare? Someone in this thread mentioned loading up on lightening charms to have 300% lightening res to not get one shotted by

I highly recommend getting an armor with the Treachery runeword, activating its level 16

Fade (+60 allres, +25 physres) by standing in the fire next to the

River of Flame way point. After that you can wear your original armor again. Even if everything up to this point was easy (getting the organs)..

Mephisto will wipe the floor with you if you are not prepared for his resistance reducing aura.

Fade last? It would be cool if there was a sticky on exactly how to run the

Pandemonium Event since it sounds super easy according to Maxroll. Apparently it is nothing of the sort

Yes, like how you can cast

Battle Orders and

Battle Command from Call To Arms and swap back to your primary weapons without losing the buffs.

For Ubers I prefer Enigma for mobility so I can get away quickly and position my merc.
But with warlock you can

This is good advice, it happened to me 1 or 2 times i had DC and i only open 1 portal at a time so i dont lose all keys in a Disconnect.

after a DC and i have 1 or 2 organs from the portals i just open 1 in a new game when i have keys again, and if it is not the organ im missing i just continue to open all 3 portals and do a normal uber run.

and then wait for next time i have keys and eventually i did get the organ i missed, so i saved the keys from the DC as i didnt use keys for more than 1 portal at a time and kill that mini uber before opening 1 more portal in case i DC'ed
