I used to run D2CharsiFood.com a few years ago. Site has been down for a long while but I finally got it up and running.
For those unfamiliar, it's a calculator for rare items (rings, amulets, etc). It will assign a score based on individual use cases (caster PvM, melee PvP, etc) and then compare it to all other entries in the database to determine an average/std dev and show how your item stacks up to what others have found.

I believe it's bc the game actually generates the res rolls as +11 all res & +38 cold res, which would make it 6 affixes only

BTW, are you going to bring back the rune value calculator (formerly available at https://d2charsifood.com/runex )? There was also a nice article there involving pgem and rune value calculation.
