Regarding runes no, u can get an uber Key plus what ilvl items terrorize zone brings
To be more precise: Countess has actualy two drop tables
- "special" drop with runes up to Ist
- Default drop, going up to Lo
Terrorized Countess has same "special" drop, but increased level on default drop, making it actualy possible to have her dropping runes up to Zod.
I once had Jah Ith Tal dropping from her as she was terrorized: Ith and Tal from "special" drop, Jah from default drop
