I was wondering which would be a recommended level for killing diablo? I’m trying to do a run where i don’t die and i’ve reached hell so i would like to be careful, I’m using the Warlock, any recommendations would be appreciated!!

What build are you playing? What skills are you using?
If you use Miasma Chain, you can probably kill Diablo on Hell naked (no gear) at like level 60ish. Of course, having gear (and thus, resistances), makes it easier to avoid unfortunate deaths
But the miasma skills themselves are strong enough.

Make sure you have decent (ideally maxed out) fire and lightning resistances and that you have either Teleport (warp might also work?) so you can escape a Bone cage quickly.

I would say if you can clear your way to and through CS, you can kill diablo. Especially on a lock.
In large part because sigil:lethargy slow is insane vs. bosses and instantly turns him into a big ol' teddybear whom you can then just slowly widdle down in basically any build at nigh any lvl. I'll assume you don't have Enigma yet so 1 pt in Blade Warp would help to preserve your merc for the few times he might still get a Firestorm off. Or you just don't bother with that and have your demon(s) kill him or you do it yourself, merc is kind of optional after all.
