We certainly believe so!
For those that were unaware, when 2.5 and Season 2 dropped in October it brought a significant change to the game-data introducing brand new Treasure Classes in the form of "Desecrated" which enabled Bosses & Super Uniques to Treasure Class Group upgrade for the first time. However, with this came bugs..
An initial slate was submitted here where PezRadar was tagged (all of which were fixed by 2.5.2):

But there was one major critical bug that was initially overlooked and arguably the biggest of them all: Terrorized Hell Mephisto Drops were BUGGED

From polling the community it seems that many were unaware of the Mephisto Hell Bug, and those that were, still presumed that it was "Broken". I wanted to share the detective journey, and chronological order of events which led up to what we believe to be a "Silent Fix" (Server-Side) enabling Mephisto to return to his former Glory.
