Hi. I'm sorry that my offer here eventually may not fully meet with your imaginations, but how about this jewel:

Cinnabar Jewel of Envy: It is ZERO lvl req:
=====> magic jewel: 20 psn dmg over 2 sec + 10% eDmg ==> (note: is max roll considering zero lvl req) <==== quite cool one I think :-)

I also have this one:
=====> magic jewel: 20 psn dmg over 2 sec +21% light res (clvl 14 req)

OR this:
rare jewel: 7% fhr, +28% eDmg, 1-76 light dmg, -15% lvl req (clvl 49 req)
