Absolutely everyone is new here, me too - around 3 weeks. Only one person agreed to price i asked. One in 20 trades. Plus someone two times came to game I was trading and got my stuff. Only newcomers and thiefs are here so far. And we complain on d2jsp!
Make sure to just join games from someones profile after friending to avoid theifs. The problem youre having is 90% of your stuff is sockets/runewords at which point everyone will have a different veiw because its literally the currency diablo 2 players use inserted into a socket.
