Seriously, anything worth going back to stash and picking this ring up for can't be picked up with Telekinesis.
Things you can pick up: Gold, potions (incl. antidote etc), Arrows/Bolts (?)
Things you can't pick up: Any kind of armor, weapons, shields, rings, amulets, charms, ...
Please correct me if I'm wrong, I did not double check this, it's from the top of my head.
Yep, you're right, unfortunately Telekinesis won't do the trick. Actually, I don't think there even is a way to pick up items that have dropped like that?

right tryed it out for funsies... the min dmg that the Colossus Blade puts out is staggering +49 deadly strike... none of that 2 strikes and you're out, nonono...
BAM! inthe Ground bit..! but the issues is now with out Insight i lose 35fcr...making my fcr 72 now I tele as fast as old people fu.. tried using Spirit-
instead of Ars Dul'Mephisto. it fixed the fcr issue, even added some res (yaaay). Later relizing that, Ars Dul'Mephisto gives ME FUQIN 112%ed so the whole rotation was COMPLETELY MEANINGLESS!
