It's only for a single skill tree, but it's also arguably the most popular/OP one. The FCR and Mana Leech are good for Echoing Strike builds, but beyond that there isn't much else going for it as the other two modifiers are subpar. The only reason I see any worth in it is that demand for Warlock gear is so high people are paying high runes for vanilla Warlock skillers, but even when taking that into consideration I'm not sure about this.
