Throwing Knife with 50 odd charges of lvl5

Life Tap on it, so i feel covered on that front, and naj's staff for better/no delay

Teleport. Got some options for open wounds.

After reading all the advice above, i'm definitely gonna give the mini ubers a go tomorrow.

Life Tap is highest u can get on an item with

Life Tap charges, so that's ideal. Longest duration and bigger radius can definitely be helpful.
