Can be used to make Runewords:
Barb helmets can’t spawn with combat staff mods like Double Throw anymore. Blizzard patched that in D2R. And you’ll never see Throwing Mastery with Natural Resistance because Tier 2 and Tier 6 skills are too far apart to spawn naturally. I might have one or two helms that I’d part with for an Ist.
Ah, gotcha. I knew there was some funkiness about the difference in skills but wasn't sure how that worked. I have a 2os helmet with 3 Throwing Mastery and a Jawbone Cap with no sockets and +2 Throwing Mastery, +2 Blade Mastery, and +2 Mace Mastery. If you use Recipe: Add Sockets to Normal Helm, you have pretty good odds (4/6) of rolling three sockets. You can have both for an Ist if you want.
