I apologize if this was clarified at some point already but I am trying to figure out if there is a way to re-roll my " Ars Al'Diabolos Blasphemous Grimoire" and the cold rainbow unique jewel so I can get a fire one. I have been struggling to find the proper recipe for either, if they even exist.

You can't reroll random uniques. You'll simply have to find another one and get more lucky or trade for the one you want.
