got a nice -10% enemy fire resistance (what is great i think) but all the other stats are "not so nice"? What would you do?

I think you should celebrate, the most important thing here is elemental pen and yours is perfect

Basically, you need sell them to market and start a new one. repeat until you get best.

I would be super excited to even have one, not mentioning -10 enemy res. That's a winner.
