Can be used to make Runewords:
A 2/10, but only one skill tree, and rather low other mods. What is the level required ? If above 30, not much value, around 1-2 or even 3 Ist if you manage to sell quickly as prices for warlock stuff are high now.
If below, may be usable for LLD but as a temp (MF and cold res won't matter)... so probaly a similar value overall.
