I touched on this in the video - there is an acute example of it. Yes, SoJ farming got more rare in RotW. You also have to account for the Ring pool going from 9 to 11, on top of the Unique Factor being normalized.

Again, she is still the best for jewelry farming (SoJ) hunting, using RnG convergence of averaging, yes, it should take longer.

Negative, the 1024 Rare factors are still present which means the QBug has not ceased to exist. But you don't need to QBug her which makes your life easier.

Gonna watch when I get home, but does this only affect TZ Andy, or regular Andy too? Wondering if her chance to drop SoJ on Nightmare has reduced. Also wondering if she is still Q-bugged, or if she drops garbage too now.
