This is one of the only two items in Diablo 2, which boast the "To Experience Gained" magical property. The other being
Annihilus.

Contrary to popular misconception, the exp bonus does not make the character steal experience from other players in the game. This is exactly the same bonus as
Annihilus has.

If it rolls +4, this is a great budget weapon for the new Warlock (who can wield all two-hand weapons in one hand) and it comes with the desired +5% to Experience Gained.
