Is a less popular caster armor comparing with Skin of the Vipermagi because doesn't provide all res and has less FCR. But has some excelents modifiers, grants more hit recovery, mana per kill and mana. If you don't need res in the armor and the 20 FCR is enough to achieve the next frame, this armor can be a better option than the Vipermagi. I am using in my Hammerdin an upgraded version of the Que-Hegan's Wisdom and it's excelent.
