Is the database correct? They seem to be identical.

Hustle was renamed.
Hustle weapons are now called Mania.
Hustle armors are now called Hysteria.
The old Hustle database entry still exists.

My profile says Ladder, but I play both Ladder and Non-Ladder.

I feel like this change was very strange. There aren't any other runewords that can be used in 2+ different base types that have different names. Not a bad thing I guess but still odd.
My items and characters are now in the RotW realm.

In fairness, Mania and Hysteria have different affixes (beyond the differences in the runes' native effects based on item type). In this regard, they never behaved in the same way as other runewords that could be used across different slots (such as Fortitude).justinman114 wrote: 1 day agoI feel like this change was very strange.
