I do have Spirit on swap, but it's a paladin shield so no need for that pesky 156 STR. I am sure it will be ok though, some of the other gear has +STR. Edit: Don't forget the increased strength requirement of going from a Gilded Shield (89 str) to a Zakarum Shield (142). But since most smiters do CTA/Spirit on swap you should have at least 156 str anyways.
