Do you think this is worth upgrading?

Got this rather interesting drop today.

First thing that I noticed was the +2 to

Vigor and

Cleansing, making it a good on-switch utility baton for a Paladin. Then I noticed that the Enhanced Damage isn't bad, and it has Mana Stolen per hit as well.

The base is Normal... which means that it can be upgraded twice to Elite for much bigger damage. I calculate 112-152 if that were done. Perhaps it could be used for

Vengeance against immunities?

On top of all that, the name is pretty cool.

What would you do with this sceptre? Would it be perfect for some special build or situation that I haven't though of?

Charsi food to me, but maybe if you're all self found and trying to avoid runewords, this could be usable for a bit..

If this is somehow a rare

Eth, with ias, rep, 2 socket with lvl req under 30, it would have been worth quite abit for lld

Universal agreement is that it has no commercial value.

I'll keep it as a levelling stick as

Cleansing and

Vigor are useful to have on switch when skill points are scarce.
