As of this posting,
Tal Rasha's Horadric Crest is most commonly the budget/transition
Helm for your Act 2 Mercenary until you get BIS Andriel's Visage for most Sorceress builds.

As a Sorceress, you are wearing this for one of two reasons:

1 - You finally complete the set as a lvl 87
Frozen Orb Sorceress. You rush to put the full set on to get the aura, jump in a players 8 pub and realize.... you're the only one who cares. So... you put your
Perfect Topaz slotted (ugly)
Harlequin Crest back on, grab your
Ist slotted Oculus, and go back to grind. (Yes, this was me, I literally did that. lol)

2 - You don't know any better. This
Helm is 100% complete TRASH for a Sorceress, BUT, your ACT 2 Merc will love it until
Andariel's Visage.

TL;DR: Basically,
Tal Rasha's Horadric Crest goes on him (Act 2 Merc), and this (
Harlequin Crest slotted with
Perfect Topaz) goes on you.

Mod : Full
Tal set works decently, so that's still an option :)
