Probably 1 Jah at most, but check recent sales on the item page and filter perfect ones/ladder.
Usually looking for Runes, Essences, PGems, Tokens, Keys, etc.

These days, I don't need that much Perfect Skull, it is less encourage to pay in Perfect Skull but it will treat slightly better than Perfect Gems.
