I've no idea - I think the biggest drawback is that the most popular Ama-char is the Javazone. And those use Griffons. But for a not-Java it sounds very good, doesn't it?

2/30 zon with 2os is one of the few valuable circlets that do not need fcr. Add dex on top, a good elemental damage (unpopular but with some uses). Too bad 6th affix is missing, still for a physical bowazon is certainly rare and valuable. I'd bet on Jah+, but please wait for a second opinion - I am not good at high prices

Not sure about the price but when I think about my strafezon I would rate this better than 2os Giant Skull but slightly worse than 2os Crown of Ages and significantly worse than 3os & 30frw magic Tiara/ Diadem.
