As far as I can tell everything is charsifood.
Carmine Jewel of Carnage might have some value for lld but I've no idea about that. Since the max roll could have been 24 max dmg (for lvl 27) I doubt it but fell free to wait for a second opinion there.

As a rule of thumb to have value a magic item needs a good rolled and useful prefix and suffix and a rare item needs at least 3 good rolled and useful affixes.
