60 mana (max 81? => corrected, 90) Good and looked for
8 all res (max 11) good and looked for
3 life leech (max 8) low roll but looked for affix
47 atrack rating (max 120) low roll but affix is useful.
Overall a very good ring, on NL would be several

Mana goes up to 90 (Great Wyrm's) on rare on up to 120 (Bahamut's) on magic rings.

I had the same feeling regarding the valuation. Should be in this area.
