I hear ya, as I probably went through a dozen or so non-perfect ones before I found this. The one before this is at 3323.

Time Zone: UTC/GMT +1/+2 (Germany)

Yeah, I simply collect unique shields.
In fact I am trying to get a 'ethereal unique shield collection'.
