10 runs of Uber Tristram

I had a lot of keys gathered throughout the last character journey and I decided to convert them into Hellfire Torches.
I put Shadowblade in charge of that - https://maxroll.gg/d2/d2planner/kk5hq0b5 and she managed to complete the task with two scary moments. She died two times but she was able to get her corpse back.
These are the results after ID-ing them. Meh...

That mostly sums up my experience with Torches.

Initially had the daft idea of trying to obtain a 20/20 for each character the manual way (not purchase). Done hundreds and hundreds. Found 3x Paladin, 1x Barb and 1x Amazon. Then gave up ;0 ;0.

At least you didn't get the Druid Torch...

Torches are still torches, even lower ones can have some value to some.
Never been able to do torches, no idea what it takes and most likely never will bother as the keys can be annoying to farm. Tend to have terrible luck with those.

well... yep, lower then average in total, but i am pretty sure you'll get something better next 10.

your run is a little bit below average, generally, status should be 30, 15/15. That you have 2 very bad roll...

on the other way, you get many pala sorc torch. class specific, you are lucky.

sum all, your luck is some how below average.

If it was on single player then any torch is a good torch

Funny how your endeavour coincided with mine today after I got the last needed keys for a 10th run. Once I finished with it, I identified all 10 at once. Even though I didn't get a single sorceress or amazon torch, in average my rolls were somewhat better, as I replaced the existing torches for 3 paladins and 3 barbs, and one druid torch at 20/18 is nothing to sneeze at. I'm too lazy to document it the way you did, so kudos to you. I just mention, two of paladin torches rolled at 19/18 each. I'm gonna trade one, as I'm not planning to add more paladin characters to the online game. Along the way I've also identified saved 30-some

Annihilus charms. No perfect roll, but quite a few of +10 exp. low-to mid ones.

Larzuk got 20 or so. Most likely he's gonna get the rest, as annis like 171410 or 141610, etc. is a pain to trade.

it is true, practical , 10/10 vs 20/20 , almost no difference, if there is, put your book of portal town and replace it with charm.

Still, this is the last thing we can perfect.

Unfortunately I couldn't replace any of my characters' torches. None of them were better than I already have.

I have 45 torches in total, none perfect. The best one is a Barb one, 20/19.
I have pretty decent gear (the lowest one is 18/16 Assassin, the rest of them are combinations of 17, 18, 19, 20).

You can never have enough torches on SP tbch... There's always gonna be something to experiment with (if you are like me) and moving stuff around is pain in the butt (unless you are using some mod/external program for it)

Thanks for sharing As someone has already said: at least no Druid torch I now have organ sets for 26 torches. I plan to make it 30 and then id them all together with my sons. Wish us luck
