As far as I know, Wind druids want Tornado first THEN care about Hurricane, so a +2 all skills / +3 Nado / + 3 Cane is definitely valuable. But with only Hurricane, as far as I know, little value only, would set at Um and accept anything
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus
Hurricane druid build exists. You tele in with Hurricane up kill (like a hammerdin play style). You need Doom, many RBF, etc.
But you want a really better helmet because that build isn't so powerfull.
So without sockets, this is going to be a long hard sell.
