Can be used to make Runewords:
IMHO no value. For physical builds ( Strafe / Multiple Shot) even Windforce is a lot better and only costs ~ Ist. For frozen arrow amazon M'avina's Caster (if you use the full set) or runewords like Insight or Mist in a +3 bow skills base are better. Of course high end runewords like Faith or Ice are still significantly better but also a lot more expensive.
Agreed, some cute stuff like 2 os, but not enough to be valuable
