This is probably a 3.5 point ring at best, but I didn't want to scrap it for some reason. Probably not worth much but I'd list it if it was usable, and I think it is.

Forget the AR, it rolled low anyways, and you got yourself a good Caster Ring. Sorcs only get 2 hp per vita, so 31 life is better than 15 str. MAEK is handy, too, but it does not add much value.

For a change, I'd actually value this slightly less. MAEK is useful at 2 or 3, at 1 on rings, not really valuable

I checked similar rings with and without MAEK and, as mentioned, it does not add much value (in fact, I could not notice and measurable change in value). But even without MAEK, similar ones were traded at this range. As usual, there are outliers in both directions. Despite being only 3pts, it's a great combination for casters, so in high demand. That's why it still got value.
