Too bad no IAS.

Almost perfect roll on blood attributes and skills, mana, and dex as affixes.

But: Bow skills is used by Magezones. Physical Bowas prefer passive and magic skill tree.

Magezones could use the mana but they don't benefit as much from the other attributes since their physical damage is low. The CB could be interesting since it helps with bosses.

But most would prefer a set of 3/20 gloves over your craft and those cost like 2 Ists.

Which means, despite being rare and having very good rolls, your gloves have little value.

Your estimate would be accurate with an other skill tree though.
