This jungle madman is usually under the radar but if your going head on against it watchout! Hits hard like a tank and Stun you like a ton of poop right on your head all with extra fast lightning speed.. cost me another hc ladder season restart.
Stormtree is a good spot to spawn Diablo Clone if you're using a ranged character, especially if undergeared.
Take the waypoint to the Flayer Jungle and go North until you run into him at the border with Lower Kurast. Note there's an area with small islands connected by bridges just before you get to him.
Make Diablo follow you across a bridge into an island.
TP back to town and take the waypoint to the Flayer Jungle again to get to him from the other side. If you have enough Faster Run/Walk, you can just run away from him and cross a bridge without him following you across.
Shoot him from across the river, ensuring you're far from any bridges.
This way, you avoid having to tank him. If you're far away enough, his strongest attacks won't hit you. Otherwise, make sure to have good fire and lightning resists as usual.
