Can be used to make Runewords:
My timezone is CET/UTC+1.
Shield : probably valuable if it was under level 30, not sure at all in general. Must be a PvP stuff.
Rings :
1- 3 excellent suffixes, 3 very bad prefixes. Probably around Vex.
2- A bit the same with 3 good 3 bad, but even AR is not so well rolled, so I'd accept anything between Pul and Ist
3- Kind of the same theme, 3 good stuff (@Res, Mana, LL). Max D is not too bad, so it PRes, so probably a little more than the two others
