Nope.

With 2 all skills and 10+ fcr or maybe 2 combat skills and 20 fcr or with lvl req 49, it would be worth a 2nd look.

But as is, no value.

The main affixe are not good enough and the side affixe are bad.

I'm pretty sure you can't. 18 fcr is basically 10 fcr for any Paladin build.
Unlike Sorc, Paladins need at least 2 skill trees for all their main skills (E.g. PComb + Offensive Auras).

There are enough 2/10 Pala caster amulets out there that trying to sell one without auras and without any other desirable adds will be a long ride and you might fetch some PGs for it. 2 to all skills is much better so you would be better of with a low Mara's and a vanilla 10 fcr ring if you need that for your next BP instead of using this amulet with a GG ring.

Another note: Ists currently are traded at 40 PG on ladder. I would be surprised to see this amulet trade for 10 PG (i.e. 1/4

Ist).
