This is awesome for Hammerdin. Extra fire res complements Spirit. Overall, better than a perf. Mara's, since better stats and extra mf. (You only loose a bit of life/mana on your BO but 28 str easily compensates for it)
With Anni, torch and Enigma you don't need any hard points in str anymore and can put everything in Vita.

I have a Hammerdin, and he uses Mara's. This actually would be a nice upgrade for him, however, I can't stand playing as him most of the time LOL. It's such a love/hate character for me, the playstyle is not great. I think I liked it a lot more when I was young. I don't think he deserves this amulet, I will sell it to someone who will cherish it. XD
