It's 9 in diablo2.io database but Diablo wiki says it's 12. A copy of txt files of 1.13 here says it's 12 as well.
Background: I've been gambling with a low-level character trying to get all the low-TC unique / set items. After getting the 4th Cleglaw's Claws and not a single Umbral Disk I'm starting to get frustrated. I'm aware that it could be just pure luck and there's P-value, gambler's fallacy and all the math. But it turns out that sometimes the data could just be wrong.

I've moved this to bug reports. Thanks for checking the 1.13 text files. I've hotfixed this and changed the quality level from 9 to 12. Tooltips will update on Saturday with the cache refresh.
