Is this worth anything?

No sorry.
Without +2 all skills, it worth close to nothing.
And a summoner doesn't really care about FCR except for tele.

I doubt that.
A summoner would mainly need fcr for teleporting.
You get to 75 with arach, trang gloves and Spirit. Reaching 125 fcr with this amu has too many compromises, a plain +3 summon would be better, which is worth like a

Pul.

Only real use case I see for this is to be used without a Spirit (e.g. to be able to use

Homunculus) and in this case, 15 fcr are enough. You will find a much better 15 fcr Necro/Summoner amulet for

Lo.

Why would you want to reach the 125 breakpoint as summoner ?
Imho, 75 is enough for tele.

A +3 summon, 10 fcr magic amu can be found at 1

Summoners tend to have extra skill points, can be used for a bit of Bone, poison,

Corpse Explosion... all skills that could enjoy a bit of fcr.

Besides, everyone tend to assume Spirit is a must have in necro while it's not, with

Homunculus being a great competitor provided you get the FCR elsewhere. Also, not having to put 156 STR frees quite a bunch of statpoints

That's in my case the build I play with a maxblock Bone + Summon necro, and I need a 20 fcr amulet (but I indeed need +2 all skills).

Darkforce Spawn may be another way to get the 125 fcr without the need of Spirit.

Only one way to find out I guess.
